Yes its true that airtel services are going worst than ever. I tried to call my friends on their airtel networks but always their phone comes up with "NOT REACHABLE" and got so irritated and frustrated over this coz in the time of emergancy you won't have access to your family or friends in this case.

Respected sir/madam,

I got a call from a lady on 31st May regarding my complaint regarding (cutting excess money from balance for GPRS) she was telling that there is no lose in money. Am I lying to you regarding small amout of money that I lost? I would like to have an explanation regarding whenever I use access points like 'Airtel Live' and 'Mobile Office' my balance has been deducted and one of your customer care supervisor told me the same; I had lost money on 24 to 25 May.This is pitty for you people to replay to customers like this.

Instead of cutting money from offer balence (1GB for 1 month) they charged from my main balance.
